Does Momento Itamambuca allow pets?

No, we do not accept pets at the moment, to keep the space calm for all guests. Service animals (such as guide dogs) are an exception — please confirm with reception.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out until 12:00 PM. A photo ID is required at check-in.

Is there parking?

Yes, free parking with one space per room. There is no electric-car charger.

Yes, rates include breakfast unless stated otherwise.

Is Momento Itamambuca good for surfing?

Yes. Itamambuca Beach is 5 minutes away and is one of the best surf beaches in São Paulo, with waves year-round. We partner with a local surf school for lessons (R$190 for 1h30) and board rental; best swells are April to October.

Are children welcome?

Yes, the rooms are suitable for children and babies. The rate is per room (we do not charge per person), within each room capacity. We do not have cribs or extra beds at the moment.

We are on higher ground with a sea view; Itamambuca Beach is about a 5-minute drive away.

Is there free WiFi?

Yes, free WiFi in all rooms and common areas, and it works well.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

For OTA bookings (Booking/Airbnb), cancellation is done on the platform under the policy shown in the booking. For direct bookings, cancellation is free until 7 days before check-in; after that, 50% of the amount paid is refunded up to the day before arrival. From check-in day, online cancellation is not possible — contact the hotel.

What payment methods are accepted?

PIX, credit card, debit card, and cash. Direct bookings can also be arranged with reception via WhatsApp; prices are in Brazilian reais (R$).

Does Momento host weddings or corporate retreats?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We host intimate weddings on the beach or in the garden and corporate retreats as a full-hotel buyout for up to about 30 people, with catering from our own restaurant. The commercial team prepares a tailored proposal (marketing@momentoitamambuca.com).
