By making a reservation through our website, third-party platforms, or direct contact, the guest accepts these terms and conditions. Booking confirmation is subject to availability and payment according to the conditions provided at the time of booking. Prices are displayed in Brazilian Reais (BRL) and include breakfast, unless stated otherwise.
Check-in: from 3:00 PM Check-out: by 11:00 AM Special schedules may be requested in advance and are subject to availability. A valid ID is required at check-in.
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the selected rate. Specific conditions are provided at the time of booking. Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in for direct bookings, except non-refundable rates. In case of no-show, the full booking amount may be charged.
Momento Itamambuca is a boutique hotel located within an environmental preservation area. We ask our guests to: • Respect quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM) • Refrain from smoking indoors • Avoid using speakers in common areas • Respect local wildlife and vegetation • Supervise children in pool and beach areas The hotel reserves the right to ask guests who do not respect these rules to leave.
The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in rooms or common areas. We recommend keeping valuable belongings in a secure place. External activities (surf, trails, boat trips) are provided by independent local partners. The hotel facilitates scheduling but does not assume direct responsibility for these activities.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The court of the district of Ubatuba, SP, has jurisdiction over any disputes.
